One of the hidden gems of TCU is the the Fort Worth Zoo, less than 1 mile from campus. It's ranked as the #1 attraction in the entire Fort Worth/Dallas area and the #19 attraction in the entire county-yes it is that good! It's also ranked as the #5 Zoo in the entire country. It's a great place to just go relax for lunch or spend an entire day. I love taking my son Zak over for lunch to check out the monkey's-you might actually catch a monkey wearing a TCU Soccer hat that Zak decided to donate off the top of my head!
